Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Order to Cash (O2C) processes using SAP GTS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical expertise on O2C cash application, billing, and collections processes within the oil & gas industry.
- Troubleshoot issues related to order management, invoicing, and payment processing.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in SAP GTS implementation or support projects.
- Robust understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) process flows and their application in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in configuring SAP GTS modules such as Order Management, Invoicing, Billing, Collections, etc.
