Role & responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining stock records.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and transport partners for timely material movement.
- Support procurement activities including PO tracking and vendor follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain supply chain MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Support dispatch planning, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company processes.
- Participate in supply chain improvement and cost optimization projects.
