Role & responsibilities
- Operate tablet coating machines as per SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- In Process checking while manufacturing
- Prepare coating solutions and perform tablet coating operations.
- Change over product and minor maintenance work related to the coating machine.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure product quality.
- Confidently perform troubleshooting of coating machines and resolve operational issues.
- Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities.
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, and EHS guidelines.
- Report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality issues.
- Support productivity improvement and waste reduction initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/ITI/B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in tablet coating operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
