Liberate is looking for three talented Visual Designers . In this role, youll define the visual language of our digital learning courses and create the graphic assets that bring each program to life. Working closely with instructional designers and developers, youll ensure every learning experience aligns with client brand guidelines while delivering engaging, high-quality visual design.

What you will do
- Develop visual concepts, mood boards, and course interface designs for custom learning programs.
- Design screen templates, infographics, illustrations, icons, and other supporting assets.
- Adapt work to established client brand guidelines while keeping the design fresh and consistent.
- Prepare and hand off organized, production-ready files to animation and development teams.




- Keep colour contrast and legibility within accessibility standards.

What we are looking for
- Three or more years of visual or graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma or Adobe XD.
- A portfolio showing robust layout, typography, and illustration skills.
- Previous experience designing for eLearning or digital products is an advantage.
