Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Sagar. The role involves driving sales growth for RCPL brands, managing retail and distribution channels,
and building strong relationships with trade partners and customers. The specialist will execute local marketing initiatives, support brand visibility campaigns, and ensure effective in-store merchandising and promotions. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing market and competitor activity, preparing reports, and sharing insights to optimize sales strategies. The role also includes providing product and sales training to field teams, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.
