We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team on a interim basis as Senior HR Partner UK, Ireland, Channel Islands. Reporting to the Vice President, HR Partner UKICI, this full time and interim position is based in the UK,
allowing you to make a significant impact to our HR team.
Purpose of Role:
To act as a trusted HR partner to provide strategic and operational support the Vice President to deliver against key programmes of organisational transformation, workforce optimisation and operational excellence.
A key focus of the role is ensuring the successful adoption of the Global Delivery Hub (GDH) operating model, driving consistency, governance and service excellence across HR processes and employee lifecycle activities. The role will champion continuous improvement, simplification and standardisation, leveraging shared service capabilities whilst ensuring a high-quality employee and manager experience.
The role will provide expert support on organisational design, restructures, TUPE transfers, workforce transitions, employee relations and change management, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment
