Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D civil drawings using AutoCAD based on engineering designs, sketches, survey data, and project specifications.
- Develop site plans, floor plans, layouts, sections, elevations, road layouts, drainage plans, and utility drawings.
- Prepare construction and working drawings for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Read and interpret civil engineering, architectural, structural, and survey drawings.
- Modify drawings according to engineering revisions, site conditions, and client/consultant comments.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site measurements and construction updates.
- Maintain drawing standards, dimensions, annotations, layers, title blocks, and revision history.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, surveyors, structural engineers, and site teams.
- Assist with BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and material details where required.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, drafting standards, and applicable codes.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and technical documents.
