Job Summary

This role requires deep expertise in staffing programs, along with proven leadership in managing large recruitment teams and delivering high-volume government requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale large teams of recruiters, leads, and delivery managers
- Work closely with US clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners
- Ensure compliance with
state-specific hiring rules, background checks, and onboarding processes
- Handle staffing for
W2, C2C, and 1099
as per state contract guidelines
- Manage VMS/MSP platforms used by state clients
- Drive recruitment strategy, forecasting, and delivery performance
- Oversee escalations, rate negotiations, and client satisfaction
- Support RFP/RFQ responses and current state account onboarding




- Track and report KPIs (submittals, interviews, placements, SLA adherence)

Mandatory Requirements
- 10–25 years of US staffing experience
- Experience staffing for
state agencies, departments, and public sector projects
- Deep knowledge of
US visas, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance
- Expertise in
VMS/MSP platforms
commonly used by state governments
- Experience leading large US recruitment teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with
prime vendors and system integrators
- Exposure to
P&L; ownership and revenue management
- MBA or equivalent management qualification
