About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
IDMC MDM Lead Engineer
to lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of
Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Master Data Management (MDM)
solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade MDM platforms that enable trusted and governed data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

IDMC MDM Lead Engineer:

Perform IDMC Platform Administration & Deployment:

Own end-to-end IDMC deployment (dev/staging/prod), user access management, security governance, and monitoring. Execute system configuration, patch management, and performance tuning for production stability.

Design and Configure Informatica IDMC MDM Platform:

Architect MDM solutions using IDMC with golden record creation, match/merge rules, and survivorship strategies. Customize configurations for client source systems and multi-domain scenarios (customers, suppliers,



products, locations).

Integrate IDMC with Client Ecosystems:

Design integration patterns connecting IDMC to source systems (ERP, CRM, databases) and downstream consumers using APIs and event-driven architecture. Support Azure/hybrid infrastructure integration and troubleshoot data lineage.

Drive Client Adoption & Knowledge Transfer :

Partner with stakeholders on MDM business cases and phased rollout strategies. Deliver training on IDMC configuration, data quality workflows, and create operational runbooks for sustained operations.
