POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is responsible for the design, development, qualification, and release of new Power MOSFET products. This role will be carried out either as a leader or member of a cross functional team, or as an individual, ensuring that new products are released to customer / market requirements and to appropriate quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead project teams on activities towards the release of new product families, complex products or technology platforms to timelines defined within project plans.
- Ensure that recent product releases meet manufacturability, reliability, customer and market requirements in collaboration with product marketing, process development, assembly and industrial functions
- Assist the Product groups by providing technical support with respect to specification and justification of new product developments, answering specific customer technical enquiries and complaints
- Provide project management and/or technical expertise for the team as consultant across one or many project(s)




- Develop appropriate levels of knowledge in associated areas of product development work, namely the product release process, systems, project management, product specification, simulation and design.
