- Manage day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, identification, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses, and damages.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper storage conditions, housekeeping, and material identification.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Finance, and other departments for material requirements.
- Ensure timely issuance of raw materials, consumables, spares, packaging materials, and other items.
- Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, damaged, and rejected materials and coordinate appropriate action.
- Ensure all inward and outward transactions are properly documented and entered into the ERP/system.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists,



registers, and other store-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Lead, train, and supervise store personnel and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor team performance, discipline, productivity, and attendance.
- Prepare and analyze inventory and store-related MIS reports.
- Support internal, external, customer, and statutory audits.
- Identify opportunities to reduce inventory carrying costs, wastage, handling time, and operational losses.
- Ensure protected handling and movement of materials using appropriate equipment.
- Implement 5S/housekeeping standards and maintain a clean and organized store.
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and store efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
