Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented engineers with 24 years of hands-on experience in plant engineering, utilities management, maintenance operations, and energy monitoring. The role involves supporting engineering projects, ensuring reliable utility operations, driving preventive maintenance, and contributing to energy optimisation and compliance initiatives across manufacturing facilities. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who demonstrate strong technical fundamentals, analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams within a regulated manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable operation of plant utilities such as HVAC systems, water systems (primary/secondary/tertiary), steam, compressed air, and related infrastructure.
- Track and monitor plant KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, energy consumption, and water usage.
- Assist in execution of engineering and capacity expansion projects.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and internal SOP requirements.




- Collaborate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, Engineering, and EHS teams.
Qualifications
- Engineering professionals with 24 years of work experience, preferably from the FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, or Process industry.
- Pass-out year: 2022 or 2023.
- Eligible Disciplines (B.Tech / B.E.): Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering.
- Work Locations: Mohali; Guwahati; Jammu.
- Hiring Process: Technical + Behavioural Interview (AI).
