is looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Domestic IT Recruiter
to join our growing recruitment team.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for India IT requirements

• Understand JDs, skill requirements, and hiring needs

• Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases, and social media

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and client requirements

• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical/professional suitability

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate data, feedback, and pipeline status in ATS/recruitment systems





• Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process

• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining follow-ups

• Work on multiple, niche, urgent, and difficult-to-find technical requirements

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database

• Utilize
AI tools and modern recruitment technologies
to improve sourcing and screening efficiency

? Required Skills & Experience

✅ 4–6 years of experience in
Domestic/India IT Recruitment

✅ Strong understanding of the Indian IT staffing market

✅ Hands-on experience with
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
, and other sourcing platforms

✅ Robust sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills

✅ Good knowledge of Indian salary structures, notice periods, locations, and hiring practices

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet
