Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to manage end-to-end sourcing activities for our Home category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, driving cost optimization, ensuring product quality,



and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time. This role requires a strong understanding of vendor management, market trends, and procurement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing & Development

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new domestic and international suppliers for home furnishing, home décor, and lifestyle products.

Conduct supplier assessments based on quality, manufacturing capabilities, pricing, compliance, capacity, and reliability.

Build and maintain a healthy supplier base to support business growth and product expansion.

Vendor Management

Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality, timely deliveries, and long-term partnerships.

Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and work with vendors to improve service levels, lead times, and operational efficiency.
