About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on training leader to manage a team of trainers and own the design, development and execution of organisation-wide learning initiatives. This role is responsible for trainer performance, training delivery, content development, LMS management and the development of Attentive’s Learning Academy. The Training AM/DM works closely with Operations, Quality, HR, Product and subject-matter experts to identify capability gaps and deliver measurable performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and manage a team of trainers; allocate training programs and content-development responsibilities across the team




- Review trainer performance, delivery quality, productivity and learner feedback; conduct observations and create individual development plans
- Ensure consistency in training delivery, content quality, assessments and certification standards across programs
- Conduct training needs analysis with Operations, Quality, HR and business stakeholders; design structured learning journeys for new hires and existing employees
- Oversee the creation of presentations, videos, assessments, facilitator guides and guided learning courses
- Manage LMS activities including course publishing, learner assignments, completion tracking, reporting and learner records
- Support the development and maintenance of Attentive’s Learning Academy; coordinate with SMEs to convert process knowledge into structured learning content
