We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as IT Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who has 1-5 years of experience in IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for various IT positions.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Build and manage a solid talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

Education (Preferred)
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) or any equivalent degree
- B.E. / B.Tech (Any Specialization)
- MCA / M.Tech
- Any Postgraduate Degree in IT or a related field

Experience
- Candidates with 15 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition are preferred.
- Experience working with a Consultancy, Staffing Firm, Recruitment Agency, Executive Search Firm, or Manpower Consultancy will be highly preferred.
