Key Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in EPC and Project Management in the Metro Rail construction related industries.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management, Project Planning, Monitoring and Control, Project Management and Contracts for Metrorail projects.
- Hands on experience on various software like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Robust understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- As the Manager, lead the development of project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement project control mechanisms to monitor progress and address deviations effectively.
- Oversee resource planning and allocation, identifying and resolving constraints to optimize resource utilization.
- Continuously improve project planning processes and drive initiatives to implement best practices and lessons learned.
