*Position:* CA – Finance & Accounts

*Experience:* 5–8 Years Post-Qualification

*Qualification:* Chartered Accountant (CA)

*Location:* Meerut

*CTC:* ₹12–20 LPA

*Age:* Ideally 28–35 Years
Key Responsibilities

* Manage monthly closing and financial statements.

* Prepare MIS and management reports.

* Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.

* Conduct bank reconciliation and monitor working capital.

* Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.

* Handle manufacturing costing and product-wise profitability.

* Conduct inventory and stock reconciliation.

* Support budgeting and variance analysis.

* Coordinate with auditors.

* Handle CAPEX accounting.





* Support senior management in financial analysis and decision-making.

* Manage ERP/accounting systems.
Candidate Profile

* CA with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.

* Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

* Candidates should understand production numbers, raw-material consumption, inventory, costing and P&L.;

* Candidates from *Manufacturing, Paper, Plastics, Textiles, Recycling or Industrial Businesses* preferred.
