is looking for experienced and motivated
US IT Recruiters
to join our growing recruitment team in Chennai.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on
W2, C2C, and Contract/Contract-to-Hire
requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to meet hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the ATS/CRM.

? Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in
US IT Recruitment
.




- Robust knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience with
IT/Technical positions
such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, etc.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with
LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/CRM, and VMS platforms
is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

⭐ Preferred:
- Experience working with US staffing/MSP/VMS clients.
- Strong knowledge of W2 and C2C hiring.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
