Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Company Secretary with 1–2 years of experience in company incorporation, GST registration, ROC filings, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing corporate documentation, regulatory filings, and routine compliance requirements for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the incorporation of Private Limited Companies, LLPs, and OPCs.
- Manage name approval, DIN, DSC, MOA, AOA, PAN, TAN, and other incorporation-related documentation.
- Handle GST registration, amendments, cancellation, and related documentation.
- Prepare and file ROC and MCA forms within prescribed deadlines.
- Assist with annual filings, including AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, and MSME-1.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes books, and compliance documents.
- Draft notices, agendas, minutes, Board Resolutions, and Shareholders’ Resolutions.




- Handle changes related to directors, registered office, company name, share capital, and business activities.
- Assist with the appointment and resignation of directors and auditors.
- Support share allotment, transfer, and maintenance of shareholding records.
- Maintain and regularly update the compliance calendar.
- Coordinate with clients, Chartered Accountants, auditors, lawyers, and government authorities.
- Keep track of changes in corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned compliance work.

Required Qualifications
- Qualified Company Secretary or CS finalist with relevant practical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Company Secretary firm, CA firm, consultancy, or corporate compliance department.
