We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales & Warehouse Executive with strong knowledge of the plywood and laminate industry. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, meeting interior decorators and architects, developing business relationships, and managing the stock and day-to-day operations of the plywood and laminate warehouse/godown.
The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage both sales and inventory-related responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Field Work
- Conduct regular site visits and meet interior decorators, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Generate recent business opportunities and develop sales leads.
- Promote and sell plywood, laminates, and related products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Warehouse / Godown Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plywood and laminate warehouse/godown.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, dispatch, and material movement.
- Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of plywood and laminate products.
- Maintain stock registers, invoices, delivery records, and related documentation.
- Identify and report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams regarding stock requirements.
