Role & responsibilities

1. Spearheading South East Asia Markets Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. for regular & new business / product development and maybe more markets in due course.
2. Generate Business Leads in Relevant Markets and assist in providing relevant leads to other Business head for Other Markets.
3. Preparing of budget, periodic forecasts and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports /presentations for relevant markets
4. Present New Market Analysis and Synopsis to Management for strategic decision-making if applicable.
5. Followingup PPIC, Sales Support and Operation team and ensuring timely dispatch and documentation activities of the shipment and coordinate shipping details to the customer.
6. Track, monitor, and manage order status, execution, and delivery in coordination with factory, purchase, regulatory, and PDC.
7. Coordinate between Regulatory Affairs and Customers for Dossier Submissions, Renewals, RFI Replies, artworks, etc.
8. Liable for coordinating for Confidentiality Agreement (CDA),



NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA), Supply agreement and Brand name ownership letters in coordination with clients.
9. Interacting with customers by email, phone, and various exhibitions like CPHI (India / Europe), IPHEX, etc. for smooth functioning
10. Preparing for tradeshows including stall design, samples, travel, stay, etc.
11. Utilize Available data to study potential markets and Products and correct and ongoing pricing in the relevant market.
12. Develop strategies for current and untapped market penetration if required.
13. Manage customer complaints, observations, and feedback in coordination with RA, QC, QA, and relevant teams.
14. Monitor and track artwork brief status and dossier request forms and trademark filing with Regulatory and Artwork Team.
15. Monitor and remind customers about payments.
16. Resolve any problems / complaints of any nature with customers
