Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of production lines, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to machine maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC programming, and robotics.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of machine maintenance, hydraulic maintenance, pneumatics, PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley), robotics (e.g., Fanuc).
- Proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical problems using analytical skills.
