Develops AI-powered construction takeoff, estimating, bid management, and BIM software that automates preconstruction workflows for contractors and field service businesses.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming the construction industry through cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive product development and deliver exceptional value to construction industry customers. Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify product opportunities.
- Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable product improvements and recommendations.
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria,



and maintain clear product documentation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Work with sales, customer success, and marketing teams on market feedback, product positioning, and launches.
- Define and track product metrics and KPIs, analyze usage data, and validate product hypotheses.
- Support A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven product decisions.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer workflows, industry challenges, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Build relationships with customers, industry experts, and relevant stakeholders.
