Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Retail Store Sales Executive to manage sales activities and deliver an excellent in-store customer experience. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in retail sales with strong customer-handling and sales-conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, warranties, and payment options.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to increase sales value.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising.
- Handle POS billing, cash/card transactions, and daily sales documentation.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Assist in stock counts, inventory audits, and product arrangement.




- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure company standards are followed.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the Store Manager.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, Retail Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Store Sales, Showroom Sales, or Customer Service.
- Solid communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of retail sales processes and customer engagement.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel, and inventory management.
- Presentable personality with a positive and customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
