Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (Bidder) with 2–3 years of experience in bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition through online freelance platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar bidding platforms and be confident in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Research potential clients and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized, compelling proposals.
- Generate qualified leads through online bidding platforms.
- Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in bidding, business development, or lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Good understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
