About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Email Marketing Executive
who can take ownership of lead generation, outbound sales, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reaching out to prospects, following up consistently, and converting conversations into qualified opportunities.

Experience working with
accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related B2B services
will be strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and research potential B2B prospects through LinkedIn, email, databases, and other channels.
- Manage outbound sales campaigns and generate qualified leads.
- Write and execute cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and campaign performance.
- Handle prospect communication through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM.
- Track campaign metrics such as open rates,



response rates, meetings booked, and conversions.
- Continuously test and improve email messaging, subject lines, targeting, and outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the team to refine sales pitches and outreach strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in
B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or email marketing
.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with
cold email outreach and lead generation
.
- Comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups, and outbound prospecting.
- Good understanding of CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to research and understand prospective businesses quickly.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, tax, or related B2B services is a major plus.
