We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting basic HR activities.

- Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management
- Handle offer letters and onboarding process
- Maintain candidate and employee records

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, job portals)
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
- Candidates from Perundurai/Erode or nearby areas preferred

- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage
