Job Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards across the plant.
- Conduct regular Safety Inspections, Fire Safety Inspections, Risk Assessments, and Workplace Audits.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe practices and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Training, Fire Safety Training, Mock Drills, and Emergency Preparedness activities.
- Monitor PPE compliance, machine safety, electrical safety, fire protection systems, chemical safety, and housekeeping.
- Support Incident / Near-Miss investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Maintain statutory safety records, inspection reports, permits, checklists, and other EHS documentation.
- Coordinate with departments for compliance with applicable Factories Act, Rules, and statutory EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with Contractor Safety Requirements.
- Support internal, customer, third-party, and statutory safety audits.
- Ensure proper implementation of Emergency Response and Fire Safety procedures.
- Monitor safety compliance in manufacturing processes including Paint Shop, Plastic Injection, Rubber Injection, Welding, Press Machines, and other production areas.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
