Engineering Manager - Control Systems 12-15 years Exp Pune

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering,

Automation Engineering, or related discipline.

12+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or engineering management role.

Proven experience managing medium to large automation/control systems projects.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Should have worked in two or more of the following industries

Water & Wastewater Treatment, Oil & Gas, Power & Energy , Renewable Energy, Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals

Strong hands-on experience with:

Rockwell Automation (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk)

• Siemens Automation Platforms (S7-1500, TIA Portal, WinCC)

• FactoryTalk View SE/ME

• Siemens WinCC Skilled / WinCC Unified

• AVEVA InTouch HMI / System Platform (formerly Wonderware)

• Other industry-standard SCADA platforms

Experience in industrial communication protocols, and instrumentation
