About the Position:
We are looking for a Test Automation Expert.

We are seeking a Senior or Expert Test Automation Engineer with strong programming skills, deep automotive domain expertise, and proven experience in designing and scaling test automation frameworks. This role is hands-on and technical,



with responsibilities spanning framework architecture, automation execution, mentorship, and continuous testing enablement for automotive cluster and infotainment systems.

This position is based at our office in Bangalore.

Your Responsibilities will be:
Design, develop, and evolve scalable test automation frameworks for automotive systems
- Act as a senior individual contributor, delivering hands-on automation solutions
- Define and enforce best practices for automation architecture, coding standards, and reuse
- Mentor automation engineers and provide technical leadership
- Drive productivity improvements using AI-assisted automation and modern testing approaches
- Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD/CT pipelines
- Collaborate closely with software, integration, and validation teams
