Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive CRM Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients across multiple channels. This role is central to ensuring every customer has a smooth, delightful experience, from their first query to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

WhatsApp & Instagram Support:
Respond promptly and warmly to client queries, guide them through our services and offerings, and convert conversations into confirmed bookings.

Outbound Calls:
Follow up with leads and existing clients to answer questions, confirm bookings, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Logistics Coordination:
Address client queries related to order status, shipping, delivery timelines, and kit dispatch; coordinate with the operations team to resolve any delays or issues.

Client Relationship Management:
Maintain a friendly,



helpful tone across all interactions, ensuring clients feel valued and well taken care of throughout their journey with us.

Query Resolution:
Handle post-service queries, complaints, or concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating where necessary.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups for smooth internal tracking.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable managing conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls simultaneously.

Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to client queries.

Basic understanding of logistics/order coordination is a plus.

Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or CRM roles preferred.
