Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies
- Build relationships with clients & identify recent opportunities
- Collaborate with sales & cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with healthcare institutions, medical associations, or clinics to organize CME sessions.
- Provide training & support to field staff
- Gather insights from healthcare professionals regarding competitor products, market trends, and customer needs.
- Share insights and field experiences to Marketing and Training department to support organizational goals
- Maintain sales records & ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/B Pharm/Pharm D graduates
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry (5+ years)
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & data analysis
