ABOUT THE ROLE

ClearMyMind.com is building a technology-enabled platform focused on counselling, mental wellness, personal growth and wellbeing.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content & Copy Manager – Digital Marketing who understands that selling a service is different from selling a product.

The ideal candidate should know how to convert complex or sensitive counselling needs into simple, relatable, trustworthy and action-oriented content that encourages people to understand their concerns and confidently seek professional support.

This role requires a combination of:

Content Strategy + Copywriting + Digital Marketing + SEO + Consumer Psychology + Social Media Trends + Content Performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the complete content strategy for ClearMyMind.com across website, social media, blogs, videos, campaigns, advertisements and digital platforms




- Create persuasive content for counselling and wellness services without making the communication sound overly clinical or sales-oriented
- Develop content that addresses real-life concerns such as career, relationships, family, students, parenting, stress, personal growth, elderly wellbeing and other counselling needs
- Write compelling website copy, landing pages, service descriptions, CTAs, advertisements, blogs, emailers, social media posts and campaign content
- Convert consumer problems/pain points into engaging stories, hooks and content concepts
- Develop content specifically designed to generate enquiries, registrations, appointments and conversions
- Identify emerging content trends, formats, topics, hooks, reels concepts and audience behaviours
- Continuously experiment with recent content formats and measure their performance
- Develop content calendars aligned with business objectives, seasons,
