Job Descritption :

1. Posting Job advertisements /contacting consultants or executive recruiters for the right
talent acquisition.
2. Responsible for the preparation of the personnel records and maintenance of individual
personnel files keep track of employee attendance for Dubai location.
3. Preparing Payrolls every month for all Dubai Companies.
4. Process the Medical Insurance for the staff in conjunction with Accounts department.
5. Handling the Annual Leave application of the staff including the Managerial and expatriate
staff of the whole Group and keeping track of the same and updating the leave records.
6. Handle relocations for key personnel within the company as advised by the Management.
7. Preparing Annual Leave salary and Gratuity settlements.
8. Represents the company in Labour Related issues before appropriate authorities
Including Freezone and mainland.
9. Ensure procurement of all employment and residence visas and deal with matters connected
10.



Responsible for the renewal of the Dubai License
11. Cancellation of all employment and residence visas and deal with matters connected
therewith and incidental there to as per the directions of the Management.
12. Single handedly incorporate recent companies in various jurisdiction in tune with the
company s business expansions.
13. Preparing and reviewing all the Contracts and Agreements of the company and handling
legal issues of the companies in Dubai as instructed.
14. Incorporation of companies in multiple jurisdictions as advised by the Management.
15. Liaise with consultants of various jurisdiction for the timely renewal of offshore entities of
the company.
