Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs.
- Work with Go, C#, and .NET/.NET Core.
- Design and develop microservices and distributed systems.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Go, C#, or .NET.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and system design.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
- BFSI/FinTech experience is preferred.
