Position Overview We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across our hospitality businesses.

The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring quality talent across operational and corporate functions while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and adherence to hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, and networking channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and hiring discussions.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.





• Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures and coordinate offer roll out.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment status, hiring metrics, and market trends

. • Coordinate with external consultants, recruitment agencies, and vendors as required.

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives through social media, job fairs, campus engagements, employee referral programs, and recruitment campaigns.
