We are looking for an energetic and commercially driven Business Development Manager / Assistant Sales Manager who can take ownership of client acquisition, sales conversion, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and identify suitable business migration solutions.




- Manage leads throughout the sales funnel and drive them towards successful conversion.
- Conduct client consultations, presentations, and follow-ups with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with HNI clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal Legal, Documentation, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth execution of client cases.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information and ensure timely follow-ups through the CRM system.
- Monitor individual sales performance and work consistently towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
