Detailed Responsibilities




- Strategic Enrollment & Conversion
- Lead the end-to-end enrollment process, proactively nurturing and converting prospective participants into confirmed programme participants within specified timelines.
- Utilise diverse engagement channels (calls, emails, messaging platforms and professional networks) to drive conversions.
- Consultative Engagement & Needs Diagnosis
- Conduct structured, insightful consultations with senior leaders and executives.
- Analyse complex professional development goals to recommend the most relevant executive education programmes.
- Participant Onboarding & Experience
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of enrolled participants, ensuring all documentation and fee processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Performance Analysis & Feedback
- Monitor and refine lead conversion journeys, analysing metrics to optimise engagement effectiveness.
