Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain standardized technical service manuals, SOPs, specifications, and maintenance frameworks across all Group locations.
- Define uniform standards for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, Building Management Systems (BMS), DG Sets, Elevators, and other critical assets.

Drive IFM Standardization Initiatives
- Lead implementation of standardized technical operating models across business units and project sites.
- Ensure consistency in maintenance practices, service levels, staffing models, and asset management processes.

Technical Governance & Compliance
- Develop governance mechanisms to monitor compliance with approved technical standards.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.

Asset Lifecycle Management
- Define asset performance standards, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle replacement frameworks.
- Establish preventive, predictive,



and condition-based maintenance programs to improve asset reliability and uptime.

CAPEX & Technical Project Support
- Provide technical guidance for recent facility developments, fit-outs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Review and approve technical specifications, designs, equipment selection, and engineering standards.

Vendor & AMC Standardization
- Develop standard technical scopes of work, service specifications, SLAs, and KPIs for technical service partners.
- Standardize AMC frameworks, technical contracts, and performance evaluation methodologies.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Establish group-wide technical service KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Analyze operational performance, energy consumption, asset reliability, and maintenance costs to identify improvement opportunities

Cost Optimization & Efficiency Enhancement
- Drive initiatives for maintenance cost optimization, energy efficiency, utility savings,
