We are looking for Team Lead- Sales of LV Motors to handle channel partners, EPC, OEMs and end users for a reputed MNC Electrical Giant based at Chennai.

Role & responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the prospect to develop an effective division LV IEC Motors sales strategy within the specified market scope - regional and maintain it, to improve Organisational market penetration and realize growth aspirations.

Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.

You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization to achieve the sales targets, through high performance.

The work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion business for IEC Low Voltage Division based in Chennai.





Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively. Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.

Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Supports Sales organizations to ensure the achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.

Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.

Promotes and enables collaboration in the division, across divisions, business areas, and teams to maximize results for the Organisation.

Identifies and evaluates new opportunities and new markets with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.

Qualifications for the role

• Full time engineering in Electrical or mechanical.

• Minimum 12 - 16 year
