Role Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager in Hyderabad, India, you will lead the development of our next-generation Global KYC platform. You will lead a team building mission-critical technology that enables customer verification, regulatory compliance, intelligent risk assessment,



and onboarding automation for millions of customers globally. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building both exceptional software and exceptional teams. In addition to this, you will perform the role below –
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of high-performing software engineers and technical leaders.
- Drive development of scalable KYC capabilities supporting onboarding, due diligence, identity verification , and customer risk assessments.
- Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Financial Crime, Operations, and Risk teams to transform regulatory requirements into customer-centric technology solutions. Deliver services which enable rapid and effective integration with multiple 3rd party verification partners.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for a up-to-date cloud-native, API-first, event-driven platform.
