- Role Description
▪ Work with the centre manager and support him/her to enable youth to achieve the skills training,



mentoring and employer activities outlined in their individual Personal Development Plans. ▪ Work with the centre manager to Engage and motivate youth positively at all times ensuring youth are aware of their weekly timetables and attend the correct sessions. . ▪ Support Center Managers to deliver a sharp focus on achieving successful youth placements in work, training or further education and supporting youth to sustain these for 6 months. ▪ Create partnerships with employers who can offer youth potential job placements, work experience and workplace visit opportunities. ▪ Building, sustaining and maintaining strategic partnership with recent and existing recruiters in various industry verticals for Final Placements, Internships, Guest lectures and other possible collaborations. ▪ Maintaining Recruiter database ▪ Preparing and presenting periodical reports about placement progression.to the RD a
