Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant with expertise in compensation planning, incentive management, and payroll integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring compensation and variable pay processes, including Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, while ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central and Payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end implementations and support engagements for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable compensation solutions.
- Configure compensation templates, budgets, guidelines, worksheets, route maps, eligibility rules, and compensation statements.
- Design and configure STI (Bonus/Incentive Plans) and support LTI programs including eligibility, award calculations, vesting considerations, and reporting requirements.
- Configure Variable Pay plans, business goals, proration rules, bonus calculations, and payout processes.




- Work closely with HR, Rewards, Compensation, and Payroll teams to align compensation processes with business objectives.
- Support compensation cycle planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Perform impact analysis and solution design for compensation enhancements.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate transfer of approved compensation and incentive payouts to Employee Central and Payroll systems.

Required Skills
- 58 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
