Job description :

Coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing documentation, tracking shipments, resolving logistics issues, preparing RFQs, and maintaining accurate records. The role aims to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and contribute to smooth supply chain management.

Primary & Secondary Responsibilities:
- Prepare logistics RFQs based on operational needs and float them to relevant service providers.
- Coordinate with service providers to obtain and review quotations as per the floated RFQs.
- Compile and present commercial comparisons for review and approval by higher management.
- Identify, report, and escalate logistics challenges to the reporting manager while ensuring timely resolutions.




- Facilitate smooth inland and overseas logistics operations by liaising with buyers, freight forwarders, and CHAs.
- Review and verify EXIM documentation, such as Bills of Entry and Bills of Export, for compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing documentation for EPCG, IGCR, DGFT approvals, returns, and license maintenance.
- Monitor and track shipment schedules, prioritizing urgent or high-priority orders to meet project demands.
- Arrange and ensure accuracy in shipping documents, including Certificates of Origin and customs clearance papers.
- Maintain organized records, track shipment statuses, and generate periodic logistics performance reports.
