We are looking for an active and talented 'Digital Store Manager' to rapidly scale the online business of our clothing store. In this role, you will be responsible for building our brand's online identity, driving sales through social media, and ensuring that customers receive their orders on time.
Key Responsibilities
- WhatsApp Marketing: Utilizing WhatsApp Business to send customers updates on new collections, offers, and discounts. Managing broadcast lists and the WhatsApp catalog.
- Customer Retargeting: Managing our existing customer database, reaching out to them regularly, and encouraging repeat purchases (Repeat Sales) by offering them exciting deals.
- Instagram and Social Media Marketing: Handling the Instagram account, uploading daily posts/stories/reels, growing the follower base, and generating direct sales through Instagram.
- YouTube Management: Uploading videos of the store's new designs and clothing collections on YouTube,
and driving potential customers from there to the store or our WhatsApp.
- Online Sales and Operations: Confirming orders generated from social media, responding to customer inquiries (DMs/Comments), and keeping full track of the process from packing to the secure delivery of the product.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong understanding of how to use social media platforms (especially Instagram and YouTube) for business.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business tools.
- Polite and effective communication skills for interacting with customers online and over the phone.
- Prior experience in online sales and e-commerce marketing (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Canva or basic video editing (for creating Reels) will be considered a strong plus point.
- Knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to assist with content creation, marketing ideas, and improving customer engagement.
Pay: ₹10,023.89 - ₹35,760.04 per month
