Job Summary

Job Description As a Wiring Harness Design Engineer, your responsibilities include executing electrical wiring harness design, EWIS builds and lab operations in compliance with industry standards such as AS-50881 and Aerospace quality standards. You will lead and implement manufacturing plans and develop methodologies for the Electrical Wire Harness Integration Laboratory. Your role involves utilizing expertise in wire harness manufacturing processes. (Utilizes knowledge of Wire Harness manufacturing process such as wire cutting, routing, splicing, crimping, soldering, shielding, assembling final harness, testing, inspecting). Incorporating the same in wire harness designs. Designing harnesses as per the requirements while maintaining compliance with the applicable standards. Additionally, youll interface with suppliers, manage material procurement, oversee inventory, and implement lean principles. In addition to this you will also be responsible for collaboration with internal stakeholders, troubleshooting, and supporting design,



fabrication testing activities for flight test installations.
