About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who enjoys interacting with people and can confidently explain our services to prospective clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, following up on enquiries, and contributing towards business growth by converting leads into customers. If you have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries received through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Connect with potential customers to understand their requirements and explain our services.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule client meetings or site visits whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales updates.
- Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Resolve basic customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for internal review.
- Stay updated about the company's services and communicate them effectively to customers.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain records.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
