Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales for our wardrobe and furniture range.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customers from the initial enquiry to final order confirmation. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining wardrobe designs and configurations, coordinating with the design and technical teams, preparing quotations and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a qualified personality and an interest in interior design, furniture and wardrobes.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers, enquiries and leads for wardrobes and furniture.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget and space requirements.
- Explain different wardrobe designs, layouts, materials, finishes, hardware and configurations to customers.
- Present suitable wardrobe and furniture options based on customer requirements.




- Coordinate with the design/draughting team for wardrobe layouts, elevations, sections and customised requirements.
- Understand basic room measurements and wardrobe dimensions to communicate requirements accurately to the technical team.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details and proposals with customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales while working within company pricing and policies.
- Coordinate with production, design and installation teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated correctly.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on wardrobe design
