Roles and Responsibility
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems within the scope of the role.
- Collaborate with peers on daily tasks, receiving moderate-level instruction on daily work/tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
- Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others as an individual contributor or small team lead.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by the role.
- Contribute to client service delivery through execution of processes related to trade support, middle office, operations, and risk management.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Job Requirements




- Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, including options, futures, and swaps.
- Experience with technical analysis tools such as Excel, VBA, or Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw insightful conclusions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
